Bolsheviki - A READING
The play Bolsheviki by the late celebrated Quebec playwright David Fennario is the personal account of a WW1 vet told using humour, wit and unapologetic honesty.
Robert King is a fantastic actor. His performance is magnificent in Bolsheviki and if you miss it you will regret it. From the minute he makes his way through the audience to the stage, this man has you in the palm of his hand” The Rover 17-11-1010

The Land's Long Reach with Valerie Mills-Milde
Please join us for a reading and discussion with Valerie Mills-Milde about her book The Land's Long Reach. I read this book not long after I met Val and it presents many intriguing thoughts about the historic role of women in Ontario rural communities along with the role of art. And Val also has a family connection to the genesis of this book which is the result of many hours of research. I wanted to hear more about it and I hope you will too!
