The playwright takes those ideas and goes upstairs to madly write the rest of the play. Meanwhile, YOU, the audience, drink and visit. When the playwright returns the actors will read the play... I read this book not long after I met Val and it presents many intriguing thoughts about the historic role of women in Ontario rural communities along with the role of art. And Val also has a family connection to the genesis of this book which is the result of many hours of research. I wanted to hear more about it and I hope you will too!
