Chilina Kennedy will read her new play! In development with Robert McQueen

“This piece is an answer to the wonderful one woman play The Human Voice, which I filmed for the OAC during the pandemic. I got very interested in the imaginary voice on the other end of the phone that I was speaking to, and felt inspired to write this one act play. This will be the first presentation of it and audience feedback is welcome.”

Chilina Kennedy is a Canadian actor, singer and writer, who has performed across Canada and on Broadway. She is best known for her seasons at The Shaw and Stratford Festival and for being the longest running Carole King in Beautiful - The Carole King musical on Broadway and in Toronto (Mirvish). 
Robert McQueen is a Canadian playwright, director, and dramaturg who works across North America, Mexico and Asia.
